The integration of countries begins with the Free Trade Area (or preferential trade) and ends with the completion of two stages in the trade union and the common market or the full economic (political) union. The main question is why, after more than five decades of ASEAN's formation, this regional institution has not yet reached full political-economic integration? The research findings indicate that the integration trend, although with slight fluctuations, shows growth and expansion. There is also evidence that ASEAN faced with challenges such as, not so self-sufficient economic strength, dependence on foreign trade, a significant difference in member capabilities and inadequate coordination or political differences which are important barriers to achieving ASEAN's more economic integration. The aforementioned items have prevented ASEAN from achieving full political-economic integration, and now, ASEAN is pursuing its goal of a common market, with the passage of stages such as the Preferential Trade, the Free Trade Area and the limited Customs Union (incomplete). The present study is a qualitative one which analyzes the hypothesis with a descriptive-analytic approach. The method of compiling the material is also a documentary.}, keywords = {Political Economy,ASEAN,Regional Integration,Common Market}, title_fa = {اقتصاد سیاسی همگرایی‌ منطقه‌ای آسه آن}, abstract_fa = {یکی از ابعاد مهم همکاری در عرصه بین‌المللی همگرایی منطقه‌ای است که در چارچوب آن، کشورهای منطقه‌ای خاص به سمت ادغام و یکپارچگی هرچه بیشتر پیش می‌روند. همگرایی کشورها از منطقه آزاد تجاری (یا تجارت ترجیحی) آغاز شده و پس از گذراندن دو مرحله اتحادیه‌ گمرکی و بازار مشترک به اتحادیه کامل اقتصادی (سیاسی) ختم می‌شود. سوال اصلی این است که چرا بعد از گذشت بیش از پنج دهه از تاریخ شکل‌گیری آسه آن، این نهاد منطقه‌ای هنوز به همگرایی کامل اقتصادی سیاسی دست نیافته است؟ یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که روند همگرایی اگرچه با نوساناتی اندک، رشد و گسترش را نشان می‌دهد؛ لیکن شواهد نشان می‌دهد آسه آن در راه رسیدن به همگرایی کامل اقتصادی با چالش‌هایی چون: توان اقتصادی نه چندان خودبسنده، وابستگی به تجارت خارجی برون منطقه‌ای، تفاوت چشمگیر در توانایی‌های اعضا و عدم هماهنگی‌های کامل یا اختلافات سیاسی مواجه است که موارد مزبور مانع مهمی در راه دستیابی آسه آن به یکپارچگی اقتصادی بیشتر است. موارد مذکور آسه آن را از رسیدن به همگرایی کامل اقتصادی سیاسی بازداشته و با پشت سر گذاردن مراحلی چون تجارت ترجیحی، منطقه آزاد تجاری، اتحادیه گمرکی محدود (ناقص)، درحال‌حاضر آسه آن به‌دنبال عملی ساختن هدف خود یعنی بازار مشترک است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است که با رویکردی توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی فرضیه می‌پردازد. روش گردآوری مطالب نیز اسنادی است.}, keywords_fa = {اقتصاد سیاسی,آسه آن,همگرایی منطقه‌ای,بازار مشترک,همگرایی سیاسی و اقتصادی}, url = {https://ipes.razi.ac.ir/article_1212.html}, eprint = {https://ipes.razi.ac.ir/article_1212_97fc956190600347fbf19a66ac8e5da6.pdf} }
