- The author's commitment form in this regard is required to be uploaded on the website.[1]

5- Mention appropriate referral

In case of requesting the submitted manuscript or submitting a paper to two or more journals concurrently, the manuscript will not only be rejected but also the authors' names will be put on the list so that the authors will not be permitted to publish any other manuscripts in the journal.

Principles pertaining to the quarterly journals

- All manuscripts submitted to the journal are controlled by the plagiarism checker system. Twenty or twenty-five percent resemblance of the manuscripts to the published texts is acceptable, and manuscripts that overlap with the available sources are returned to the author only once and if the revisions are not applied, the manuscript is excluded from the review process.

- The Editor shall protect the confidentiality of all content submitted to a journal.

- Decisions on the manuscripts at any stage will be made, regardless of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or the political philosophy of the authors.

- Submitted manuscripts are sent to review after initial acceptance by the editor, within one week. The result of the review will be emailed to the author within two to four months.

Review process

- All submitted manuscripts are subject to strict peer-review. That is, the names of authors are hidden from the reviewers and vice versa.

- Respected referees should notify the journal if the evaluation process is delayed.

- The review of manuscripts shall be based on scientific reasoning and evidence and referees should provide sufficient evidence for their decisions.

- The reviewers required to practice caution in examining the sources of the manuscript. The references to all research, books, and citations used in the manuscript should be cited in the library.

- Reviewers should base their decisions on the papers' originality and relevance to the journal’s scope.
