تأثیر تکنو- ناسیونالیسم بر رقابت اقتصادی آمریکا و چین (با تأکید برحوزه نیمه‌هادی‌ها)

چکیده

تکنو- ناسیونالیسم نوعی تفکر مرکانتلیستی در حوزه فناوری های جدید است که نوآوری و قابلیت‎های فناوری را مستقیماً به هویت ملی، امنیت ملی، رفاه اقتصادی و ثبات اجتماعی یک کشور مرتبط می‎کند. این مهم بعد از سال 2018 و جنگ تجاری آمریکا و چین بیش از پیش نمایان شده است. یکی از مهم‎ترین نمادهای این رقابت در حوزه تراشه های پیشرفته یا نیمه هادی ‎ها است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیلی – تبیینی و منابع اسنادی - کتابخانه‎ای و اینترنتی در پی پاسخ به این سؤال اساسی هستیم که «تکنو – ناسیونالیسم به ‎خصوص نبرد فنی در حوزه نیمه هادی‎ها چه تأثیری بر رقابت اقتصادی آمریکا و چین خواهد گذاشت؟» متناسب با پرسش پژوهش این فرضیه مطرح می‎شود که «نبرد فنی در حوزه نیمه هادی ها با توجه به کسب مزیت تکنولوژیک یکی از مهم‎ترین ارکان جنگ تجاری آمریکا و چین است و با توجه به ماهیت تعیین ‎کننده این فناوری سرنوشت برتری اقتصادی دو کشور به تسلط در این حوزه وابسته است». نتایج نشان ‎می دهد که با توجه به اهمیت نیمه هادی ها در ساخت بسیاری از تولیدات صنعتی سرنوشت ساز و تعیین کننده یکی از اصلی‎ترین ارکان رقابت اقتصادی آمریکا و چین در همین حوزه است که تاکنون غرب برتری زیادی نسبت به چین دارد؛ ولی چین هم با برنامه ‎ریزی های مختلف در پی جبران این فاصله و کاهش وابستگی به غرب است.
